“ Their food was so amazing! They were very kind and patient. We had the vegetable ban mi, chicken pho, and spring rolls. So delicious! ”
“ GET THE PHO. The rest of the menu is good. But the Pho is the richest and most flavorful I've had from any Vietnamese Restaurant. ”
“ What a gem! We love Vietnamese cuisine and have been craving it. The restaurant was clean and your typical Asain style. Very cozy. If you love Vietnamese food then this is a must try, and if you're just looking for something new to try, stop on in! I got the rice noodle bowl with chicken (Vermicelli) and our friend got the pork. Everything was so good. The fish sauce had a more mild flavor then what we have had in other Pho restaurants but the peanut sauce was amazing. The pork was tender and the chicken was cooked to perfection! My husband got the beef pho and he loved it. The brother smelt amazing and the flavor was just perfect. The waiter was very attentive and brought out another portion of noodles which was so kind. We also got a Banh mi and the kindly cut it in 3. Everything about it was mouthwatering! Very good service and food! ”
“ Absolutely delicious food, excellent service, peaceful/ calm environment. I had the spicy beef noodle soup (plenty for a second meal) & the Thai tea. Both were clearly made with very fresh ingredients. I will be back the next time I'm in the area. ”
“ Thank you so much Dung for a 1 person job. Wow Absolutely delicious! I had an amazing experience at this pho restaurant. The broth was incredibly rich and flavorful—clearly made with care and time. The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the fresh herbs and toppings added the perfect balance. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxed. You can really taste the authenticity in every bite. I’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend to any pho lovers! ”
“ If you told me I'd find amazing Vietnamese food in Cookeville TN I'd never believe you, but here we are. I returned from a trip to Vietnam and Cambodia in March of 2024 and the ONLY place I've been that has the Vietnamese iced coffee and pho to match what I had in Vietnam is this place. All of the food I've had so far is incredible. The beef pho, the pork bao, the veggie spring rolls, and especially the coffee are all flavorful, fresh, and filling. My favorite is definitely the veggie spring rolls, the tofu in them is amazingly marinated, I literally thought it was shiitake mushroom. The service is also amazing, every time I've been I think it's been the owner and his wife and they are always friendly and quick with service. If you like Vietnamese food or just even like really good food, give this place a visit FOR SURE. ”
“ My sweet husband takes me here for lunch dates on the weekends. It’s about an hour drive for us and I love him for sacrificing for PHO. We both enjoy the sweet bone-simmered broth. We are from CALIFORNIA and it’s a blessing to find authentic Vietnamese food in KENTUCKY. The service is amazing very friendly people. ”
“ I have never tried Vietnamese food prior to this, but I was driving through Cookeville, so I decided to try it with my family. We walked in, and the waiter (who I believe is the owner since he was the single employee) walked us to our seats. He brought us waters and gave us menus. I ordered a Vietnamese coffee while we were deciding what to order for lunch, which was absolutely delicious! It was very sweet and flavorful. The water tasted like tap water, which I didn't enjoy. For appetizers, we ordered some pork buns. After about 5 minutes, they were ready! They were decently sized for the price (3.50 per bun) and very good! After we finished those, our pho and sandwiches came out! The pho had a very strong lime taste, but it was delicious nonetheless! The sandwiches were very good too. All in all, I can not recommend Pho Kitchen enough! It was a very fun and unique lunch, and we will definitely be coming back! ”
